Shipping Information
Order Processing
We pedal fast to get your order out the door:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)
International Riders Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Grips & Handlebar Tape (once installed or removed from packaging)
- Saddles showing signs of use or mounting
- Custom or special order components
- Any item not in original condition
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:
- Return authorization number clearly visible
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Pro Tip: Use a trackable shipping method – you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us!
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- For higher-priced items: You’ll pay the difference
- For lower-priced items: We’ll refund the difference
Return Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for return shipping unless:
- We sent the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was defective
In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
