How do I choose the right saddle size?
Saddle comfort is personal! Consider your riding style:
- Road cyclists typically prefer narrower saddles (130-143mm)
- Gravel/adventure riders often choose slightly wider options (145-155mm)
- Comfort/casual riders may prefer wider saddles (155mm+)
What’s the difference between 650B and 700c wheels?
650B (27.5″) wheels offer more tire clearance and a more compliant ride, popular for gravel and adventure bikes. 700c wheels are standard for road bikes, offering slightly better rolling efficiency. We carry components for both!
Do you sell complete bikes?

What are my shipping options?
We offer two rider-approved shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch (recommended for faster delivery)
- Free Economy Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except select remote areas in Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, email us at [email protected] before ordering.
How can I track my order?

Our Happy Rider Guarantee offers 15-day returns from delivery date. Just keep the original packaging! Items must be unused and in resellable condition.

Do you offer product warranties?
Most products include manufacturer warranties. Contact us with any issues, and we’ll help facilitate warranty claims when applicable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We use bombproof packaging, but if damage occurs, email photos to [email protected] immediately. We’ll send replacements ASAP – no rider should suffer with damaged components!
